 + -1 moreI purchased a new John Deere X758 9-29-22. The tractor is good but Tri Green's Hendersonville shop's pre delivery preparation is very poor. The tractor kept getting hot and turning off the deck until I realized it was low on coolant. The coolant level was way below the add mark. Second problem was the transmission fluid was so low it did not even register on the trans mission dipstick. It made a whining noise which tipped me off to check the fluid level. They did pick it up and fill it; hopefully no damage was done. Third, all the tire pressures were low. They ranged from 7 psi low in front, to 10 psi low in back. Before taking delivery check all fluid levels.
Description of Work: Pre delivery preparation was not completed.

 + -1 moreThey came to my home a year ago. I discontinued the service. They were chemically treating my lawn to give me a lush lawn and I ended up with a bunch of weeds. I wasn't happy with the service so I discontinued it. They were on schedule, they just didn't give me what I was asking for.

 + -1 moreThey picked up and delivered my mower and that was included in the cost. I am sure there is probably a company that may be cheaper, but for what they do for me...I have used them for 10 years. The place is great.
Description of Work: I used True Green - Hendersonville to service my lawnmower. They fixed the undercarriage for me, sharpened the blades and did all basic maintenance to get my mower ready for the season.
