Very disappointed due to not contacting potential customer.

Their serviceman came up from Hendersinville to Bowling Green, Kentucky as scheduled and did a great job getting the spa in shape at a reasonable cost. Head and shoulders better service than the local guys who basically couldn't be bothered. The workmanship on the replacement spa cover appears to be very good as well, competitively priced.

We have used Billy Stallings, aka The Spa Guy, for our hot tub maintenance several times. Over the years, he has replaced a motor, replaced the cover, and even moved our hot tub from sitting atop our deck to sitting below it for us. Most recently, he repaired a leak for us. We have been pleased with the service, efficiency, and rates charged each time. Since he is familiar with our setup, we don?t even have to be present for the work to be done. He usually comes while we?re at work and it?s very convenient for us to not need a specific appointment that will cause us to miss work. We also trust him to be at our property when we?re not there, which is a quality that can be hard to find. Would recommend to anyone.

If people on this list are not going to reply to requests for service WHY are they on here?

AAA. This is by far the best spa/hot tub device in Nashville. Thanks Billy, for a job well done. If you want it done right, this is your guy.

I never got a call or visit. I will try to contact them again, but I was a bit puzzled, and wondered if this has happened to others? I will update my review after next contact. As a side note to the visit, I was surprised to hear that if I financed, there would be app. 40% finance charges. Pretty high for used tubs...I am a cash buyer however, so their not showing up was surprising. Still, if they wanted to make it right, I would give them another chance. It seemed like they were a good company from what I saw, just don't know what happened?

Buck came out promptly and professionally repaired our spa quickly. He was very informatve and friendly. Would recommend The Spa Guy to anyone for spa repairs, etc.

Bad experience. Don't ask this company to come on a certain day, they told me they would, then didn't, didn't call to say they wouldn't, I called four days later to ask what happened and was told I hadn't been told they would be here on Thursday but that I was on the list and they might be might be out that week. Very wierd experience, had used Billy before and he didn't do this. Perhaps business is too good for small leak jobs? Just very rude and very strange. Will not use again.

His name is Billy. We went to his website and it really seemed intriguing. He seemed honest, and he had what we were in the market for. We just took our chance, and he was really good.

Overall they are great, responsive and punctual. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

I called on a saturday with a hot tub crisis. my son had friends coming over that night and planned on using the hot tub. saturday morning when I checked the hot tub it had an error message and a temperature of 86...not good. I called and was given concrete steps to take to clear the error message and get the tub in working order. I followed the directions and was able to have the hot tub operational for my son's friends that night. the following monday I got a followup call checking to see if I needed any other assistance and an offer to bring a filter to my house.

they were prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. they arrived on time, did the work, and cleaned up before they left. I would definitely use them again.

I called on Thursday, he returned my call on Friday and came out same day. Repairs only took about 2 hrs and he had all the parts and tools he needed with him.

The Spa Guy is a genuine human being with no alterer motives behind his sale. He sold a product he would use himself for no more than he would have payed if he were in my shoes. I recommend this service to everyone in Tennessee. No farther than that because he deserves to get home to his wife like everyone else. Five out of five star service.
