Tactical Heating and Air

Our central heat went out in the middle of winter, and we were worried about being without heat for days. Thankfully, Tactical Heating and Air came to the rescue! They were incredibly fast to respond and handled everything efficiently and professionally. The technician diagnosed and fixed the problem the same day, saving us from a freezing night. We needed a gas line adjusted to allow our new slide in range to fit properly. Called Chris and explained the issue and he said no problem and about two hours later the job was done. We'll be using him for any future HVAC service.

Chris is great! Super knowledgeable and very kind. The day I moved into my new home my heat was out on a night expected to drop below 40. He immediately offered to walk me through some simple things that could try myself. Although none of them worked for my particular issue, I really appreciate him attempting to save me some money if it were a simple fix. He then came out to the house first thing and was able to diagnose and repair my furnace in about an hour. I will definitely call him again if I have anymore issues in the future (I hope I don’t) and would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC services.
