I have the highest of compliments for this company.They were prompt and very professional. I gave them permission to cut a large square hole in the drywall to access the attic and facilitate cutting the vent throught the roof. I offered to patch the ceiling at a later date as it was only a utility room. To my surprise they were able to bore a hole through the ceiling and roof that aligned perfectly! They replaced a 10' section of leaking 3and quot; sewer pipe and a tub drain. Very professional, cleaned up after they were done, had everything they needed on their truck. They called first; came when expected. After installing the brand new Whirlpool dishwasher it wouldn't work and they suspected a sensor problem.. Lowes was contacted and they took it back and brought another brand new one out to install without complaining. They had another promised job which they completed first and then came back late to install the second dishwasher. Mr. Ronnie and his assistant were pleasant, professional, and never minded my constant questions about what they were doing. Ronnie Barker (owner) was very friendly and helpful when I called him about a leak problem under the kitchen sink. He made arrangements to get to us quickly and was here within an hour of my call. He got right to the problem, but was friendly and pleasant to talk to while he was working. He finished in a very timely manner and he cleaned his minimal mess. Another added benefit was that we received a 10% Senior Citizen Discount! I would highly recommend Smart Plumbing and Ronnie Barker.

After being contacted by Lowes, the crew called me shortly thereafter to do the install the same day. They were at my house within the hour. Both men were very professional and showed a good sense of humour. They seemed honest and very competent. They explained the work that was to be done and completed the job in less than an hour.

I have used Steele and Allbritten Plumbing in recent months. They came to my house twice, charged an arm and a leg and still didn't correct the actual problem. They were super rude and ignored the fact that I told them I was not satisfied. So this time, when the same thing happened yet again, I called Smart Plumbing and Drain Cleaning Llc. They were SUPER friendly and identified the problem straight away. I explained my past experience, everything that happened originally, what we've already done and they decided to investigate first. Unlike the other plumbers, once they flushed the toilette, they went OUTSIDE to look around. Noticed there was a lot of water out behind the bathroom. So they decided to approach it from the pipes, as opposed to shoving anything down the toilette because they felt the issue was down there somewhere. After some digging, they discovered we had a second septic tank on our property (We rent and thought we only had the one out back). So they dug, said they found the pipe and it had a massive hole in it and it actually connected to another septic tank, within three feet of the bathroom. The last plumber we had told us, because they looked at the other spetic tank, that IS was over flowing and HAD to be the cause of the issue. So we got that septic tank flushed and cleaned. Didn't resolve the issue. Well NOW I know that the toilette in question wasn't even connected to that septic tank. As I explained to the previous people, one toilette works, one doesn't. Why would the septic tank being full or not only affect one commode? Fortunately, Smart Plumbing and Drain Cleaning DID use common sense and figured this our themselves pretty quickly. Anyways, they fixed it temporarily so it now works and also provided an estimate as to what it would cost to replace the busted pipe. Super friendly, informative and actually CARED about their work and helping the customer. I felt like I could trust them to find a solution and not waste my time or money in the process. I know I've compared them to the evil company a lot but that's my only experience in Kentucky with plumbers and these guys are top notch and 'honest'. Good feeling about them and would definitely recommend them. My only issue is with the price. Since it was all labour only, no materials, it just seems a bit pricey but I'm not from this area and I'm not sure what things usually cost here.
