Description of Work: I contacted this company by phone & email. The owner (Sal) was very professional, courteous, & quick to respond. I opted to drop off my blinds instead of using the on-site service, to save money. They did a great job & it was a quick turn-around to get them back.

+ 0 moreThey did a good job but there were some things that I wasn't real pleased with. It was good but ultimately I felt they were a little pricey. After we had set an appointment, the appointment time was pretty critical with me. The gentleman called and tried to get us to change. I felt he was a little upset with the fact that I wouldn't change with him or couldn't change but anyway we got the job done.
Description of Work: We used ShinyBlind to clean our drapes and all of our venetian blinds.

Description of Work: I called on Tues at one and spoke with a gentleman that told me he was on the road, and that he would call back once he got in the office. He never did so I called back the next day and caught him again on the road. He said that he would be back in the office around 3,he would call then. 3 days later I called him to let him know I decided to go with another Angies List company and he said he had been calling the wrong number all week. I called the number he had been calling to apologize and explain what had happened and the lady that I spoke with said she had not recieved a call from him ever.

Due to the late delivery of my new windows, Sal worked with me in scheduling and installation. I had visited a home show at Tropicana field and was informed by contractors there that free standing blinds were no longer being made of cloth and not in their ordering systems. Sal has them and can order them. Sal worked directly with me in ordering and in final installation. Great work. I cannot say enough good things about Sal
