 + -1 moreWe chose another date to have him visit and watched this time very carefully to make sure that we heard him when he arrived, but he never came. On the first occasion of his visit it was our fault entirely that we failed to meet. On the second occasion that we scheduled a meeting, he didn't show. I don't understand that, but we would give him another opportunity to do the work, as from the first occasion, he did everything as he should: He was prompt, professional, and true to his word as to when we could expect him because as far as we are concerned, that's a good start.
Description of Work: Sam was prompt to return my call and very pleasant. We made arrangements for him to come to the house and give an estimate. He arrived as promised and we missed him. We were home all day the day that he was scheduled to come, but were not aware that he had arrived and that he had sat in our driveway and honked his horn. He evencalled to let us know that he would arrive soon as later, we heard two messages that he had left. Definately our bad. Bottom line, on the first occasion, he was more than diligent in his follow-up and it was our fault that we missed him.

 + -1 moreIt went great no problems at all and I would recommend them to anybody.
Description of Work: They came out and did our driveway. They removed the old one and replaced with a new one. They have also sealed it for us with an oil based sealant.

 + -1 moreHe gave me a quote and told me he would call when coming. His crew arrived, did a fine job but got some sealer on my garage doors. Sam came next day to pick-up the check and sent his crew back out, and cleaned the garage doors.
Description of Work: Sealed driveway two coats.
