+ -1 moreRZ Cleaning cleans our home and our office. They have cleaned for us for years and when they first started they always did an excellent job but now it is hit or miss. I have complained and it will get better but eventually I have to complain again. I feel like since I am a long time customer they are putting choosing the staff to clean our home and office that really does not care about the job. I would love to keep them if they would clean our home and office like they did when we first became customers.

Description of Work: Floors and bathrooms for 2 story 2600 sq ft home. They did an excellent job, and even a few extras in cleaning. Was very pleased, but felt that the price was more reflective of a whole house cleaning - not just floors and bathrooms. They were willing to come last minute, which was a great help!
