Ben collaborates with you on design and has good creative ideas. He cleans up each day before leaving. My master bath certainly presented issues we didn t plan for but Ben overcame them and I absolutely love my new bathroom. He made my vision for a relaxing spa-like bathroom a reality. They started out doing a good job of rebuilding my deck. Everything went well until a mistake was made on Ben's part. The correction took a lot longer than expected. They got frustrated at the time it took and left not finishing everything that had been agreed upon. They told me they didn't know when or if they'd be back. It's been 6 weeks now, & I haven't heard from them. They haven't responded to my texts either.

They did excellent work. Had a little trouble getting the job started, but did a good job cleaning up and explained things very well. Will certainly use again

Very personable. Didn't feel like they were trying to sell me on something else other than what needed to be done. They took time to explain to me what they were doing and why the repairs were needed and how to maintain the doors in proper working order. Nice guys!

Ben and his team stayed on track with our deck rebuild project in January 2016, even working on cold blustery days. We are very pleased with the end result, and he was great to work with.

A+ effort, excellent clean-up. Just be sure to have detailed instructions to give them prior to start; my old large windows were a tough task.
