Perfection Painting and handyman services

I contacted Parker via his website and it took a week to hear back from him. He did come out and looked at our house told us it would be no problem to do the paint job we needed to do. We were very pleased with Parker and his employee's knowledge. They were also super nice. Parker told me he would email me an estimate. The Friday following I sent him and email asking him if he could get me the estimate and to add a back door.... I heard Nothing so on Tuesday 8/28/12 I called him and left him a message stated that we needed an estimate or we were going to have to move on. I never heard back from him. I feel this was very unfortunate and extremely disappointing. We had lots of work we would have given him if the first project would have gone well.
