They were very thorough and professional. Excellent job and would use them again.

Was hesitant because some reviewers indicate 1) lack of timely response, and 2) not friendly service. I am pleased to say that the gentleman showed up on time and was quite curtious. A little expensive, but that's life in the city.

i had my electrical panel replaced. i was without power for only 2-3 hrs. the job was completed in about 3to 3 1/2 hrs. The electrician and helper were both friendly . they cleaned up after themselves. A very good experience all around.

Tried to use my card multiple times and services were never provided. He never showed up, never called, never emailed. The only communication was to get the card number and my home address.

Horrible customer service and did not show up on 3 separate occasions every time I called it was a different excuse for why they could not show up. For a veteran-owned company they do not act like they served very unprofessional would not recommend this company to anyone.

Moss had to cancel and reschedule which was disappointing though when they came they put in the full day. Diligent work, nice technicians. Cody went above and beyond to check all outlets for safety. Thank you!

They did a good job. We were given a 8-10 arrival time for the day of the job, they arrived just after 11 am. I called to see where they were and was told they had to pick up the parts...ok. I also made it clear, due my severe immune suppressed issue (ie cancer) the techs please wear a mask. By the time they were done one of the techs was not wearing his mask over his nose. The install was done well.

If you knew that you could not do project or would not do project you should have stated it upfront and given the money back.

They do NOT follow through with what they promise. The most expensive estimate is definitely not the best.

Reliable, professionnal, efficient

I had 2 appointments with this company to do an estimate and they did not show up or call either time. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional. Do not fo business with this company. I was on a deadline to get work done and they put me in a bad situation.

I understand that I signed an agreement before the work was done but the work still was not done correctly.

Great service, they got back to me quickly and came the same day. The electrician was very knowledgeable an explained everything he did. I would definitely call them again.
