I highly recommend Mike Roy Roofing! I have a large home that had 2 layers of roof. When I needed a new roof I called Mike for an estimate. Every contact with Mike has been punctual, pleasant and professional. His quote was very fair and competitive. When he told me the entire job (removal/replacement/and cleanup) would be completed in two days, I couldn't believe it. His large crew showed up on time on the designated day and they did not stop working until it was finished! They did a great job and also cleaned up every piece of debris. Mike's customer service is beyond compare. When I had a small issue that needed his attention, Mike immediately came by to take a look and attend to it--at no charge! Can't say enough good things about Mike--highly recommend him and his company!

Mike Roy came all the way up to Portland to meet with me and look over our roof. He promptly provided me with an estiminate. He returned two more times to answer questions and address my concerns. The replacement of the roof on our home and detached garage took less than a day. His crew were very friendly and efficient. Special care was given to protect our plants and flowers during the project. They were very thorough with the clean up too. The following day Mike returned with the metal detector to make sure no nails were left behind. Our roof looks amazing! We have no more concerns when it rains. Mike Roy and crew get a 10 star!

Over the past 6 six years, Mike Roy has installed for us a new roof, new windows, and most recently this finishing touch of a beautiful siding job which included the ceiling of our large screened in porch. This is an old fashion contractor who has years of experience and takes pride in his work. Mike is professional, easy to work with, and uses top quality materials at a reasonable price. He communicated when they would come, what they would do, and exactly how much it would cost. We did have a couple of windows that developed cracks in the glass. Fortunately, Mike had ordered from a company that provided a lifetime warranty. Mike was just a phone call away. He personally handled the reorder and replacement. We consider ourselves lucky to work with this contractor. All these updates makes our 40 year old home look grand and very sellable.
