MCCLOUD'S PEST & LAWN CARE

I don't know what they applied but it yielded next to no results in terms of getting rid of the moles. I didn't expect the first treatment to have much impact but I certainly expected two treatments to get rid of at least 2/3 of the signs of moles. As far as I'm concerned, this was a waste of money. If the treatments had worked, the moles would have left the yard to forage elsewhere. We have as many signs of moles as ever. If I use another lawn service in the future for grub control, I will insist on a written money-back guarantee.

Purchased a house in Hendersonville in January 2011. McClouds performed the termite inspection; the previous owner also had them set up with a maintenance agreement. I called McClouds on three separate occasions, a few weeks apart, to simply continue the coverage of the previous owner, and each time they advised that they would follow up but never did (supposedly the maintenance accounts individual was out sick a couple days). On my third call I went so far as to explain that I had tried several times previously to set up the service and questioned whether or not they wanted the business, and she assured me that they did. Nonetheless, they never followed up (about a month and counting).

They killed my grass. Their prices were about the same as anyone else. We have about an acre. They came when they said they would. I noticed that the pressure on their sprayer had no angle and was very pointed in their aim. They sprayed the lawn and said it would take a week or so for the weeds to die. I waited and a few of the weeds died. I called them back and had to make it very clear to them that I was not satisfied so they came back and sprayed again. It was about 6 weeks later. Then I noticed big patches of grass were dying and they haven't come back. I wasn't going to call them back but they called me to tell me it was time for the fall spray. I told them that they had to be nuts because they killed my grass. The guy told me that could happen when they have to spray twice. They hadn't told me that before which they should have. It was ludicrous and I won?t use them again unless I want to kill my grass. I had used a company to kill my grass and they couldn't do it. These guys did a better job of killing my grass but that was not what I hired them to do. The guy that did the spraying was good but the guy in the office was not very professional.

We've used McCloud's for general pest control for nearly 3 years and always have been pleased with their service. We found what appeared to be a small termite colony, and have never had them inspect nor treat our home for termites previously. They came out the very next day, inspected and spot treated. They treated the entire perimeter of the home within one week. We were thrilled with the level of service, and more than happy with the price, which was lower than anticipated.

Good as usual every month

Had initial treatment some years ago, with annual inspections and re-treatment on occasion. Inspections have been haphazard. Sometimes I would find a problem immediately after an inspection. Their guarantee involves only re-treatment, no reconstruction of damage. Last week we were inspected by their VP for sales. He was very pushy and wanted $750 for a complete re-treatment. We decided to look to other providers.

The serviceman came the day after I called and was a very nice man. He sprayed the half acre yard area of our 10 acre property thoroughly and there has not been any sign of ticks since their visit. I must say they did a good job. I would recommend them to others in the area that is experiencing this problem.

I was extremely pleased with McCloud. Their pricing was competitive and they are very flexible with scheduling service appointments (monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly. The same technician will service my home each time. He was very friendly and informative. He answered my questions and offered helpful advice. I checked with other companies and I'm glad I chose McCloud!

This is a family oriented business. They have even waited for us, because we were late. We have referred them to others and have done a wonderful job for them.

McCloud was very helpful. They were never pushy about selling us something we did not need. They were very good with my children and pets. My yard is weed free and the grass is beautiful.

It was a good experience. McCloud is very professional and helpful. If I happen to see any bugs, they would be happy to come back.

I think the price is a little high, but the work is great. McCloud is easy to work with. I do need to be home for the termite inspection, but not for the outside work.

McCloud does an excellent job of exterminating. I like having the termite insurance too. That way if there is any damage from termites, they'll fix it. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I can't think of anything that I don't like about this company. We've been using their service for years, and it's always the same man that does the job. If I was unsatisfied in any way, I would not use them, but I have been very happy with their work.

I had a great experience with McCloud. The pest control specialist who came to our home was friendly and respectful, and I'd definitely hire them for any similar issues we might have in the future.

He is very reliable. I like the way he is on time, so I do not have to wait for him.
