+ -1 moreWorker was rude and condescending when answering questions. Was left to pull things from top Shelves without a Assistance. When discovered that part of order needed to placed online, assistance stopped. Was told, "we don't carry that. You'll have to look online."

+ 0 moreLOWES PROVIDES A LARGE SELECTION OF CHOICES. MANY DIFFERENT VARIETIES OF TILE FOR YOUR MANY TILE NEEDS. I SHOPPED SOME SPECIALTY TILE SHOPS, AND THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY BETTER TILE THAN LOWES.
Description of Work: LOWES PROVIDED CERAMIC TILE FOR THE FLOORING IN MY DEN, KITCHEN FLOOR AND WALL TILE IN THE BATHROOM.

+ -1 moreWE LOVE OUR DOORS, BUT IT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING DEALING WITH LOWE'S. THEY WERE VERY SLOW TO RESPOND TO OUR REQUEST. THEY WERE SLOW IN INSTALLING THE DOORS. WE ASKED TO HAVE THEM INSTALLED ON FRIDAY WHEN WE WERE HOME AND THEY DID NOT. THERE WAS A PIECE THAT WAS CUT THE WRONG SIZE AND THEY WERE SLOW IN FIXING THAT ERROR. WE HAD TO MAKE SEVERAL PHONE CALLS. I WILL TRY TO FIND WHAT I WANT ELSEWHERE IF POSSIBLE.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED TWO GARAGES DOORS FROM LOWE'S HOME IMPROVEMENT CENTER AND HAD THEM INSTALLED BY THAT STORE.
