+ -1 moreDoug and Denise arrived as scheduled and once going over all the locks that were to be re-keyed, they got to work. There were multiple locks with different types of key ways as well as coded touch locks that my husband and I were confused on trying to recode. Due to a disability, I have issues quickly figuring things out and they were very patient with me, explaining each lock and how we would need them keyed. Doug also installed a new deadbolt , that they supplied, on my front door. They were very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. All my locks are now re-keyed and my front door lock is much easier for me to use! I would use Kennedy's again and again. Their price is extremely reasonable and it was easy to schedule an appointment. THANKS Doug and Denise!
