J & J Home Inspections

I took a chance on J and J Home Inspections and hit the jackpot! Anthony did our inspection and he was a wealth of information. He is originally from California which has very tough building codes so he goes through your home with a very keen eye to detail. At the end of the inspection, he took the time to point out all of the recommendations he found. I received my report that same night and was able to download it from their web site. We are already recommending J and J for my sister-in-law's home inspection of her house she is purchasing. Thank you Anthony - your hard work and dedication to detail was noticed and appreciated!

I am planning on selling my house in the future and wanted to get an idea of what things needed addressing so I could have them fixed before they could become a deal breaker. Johnny discovered the problems and prioritized what was most important to fix fix first and made recommendations on how much should be done in each area. I have since started on these repairs and feel better that I am spending my money on what matters for my home to sell.

It went very well. He took his time, was very professional, took many pictures, great notes, and explained it all to me face to face. Then when I received the written report, I was blown away how detailed his findings were. It was extremely helpful. Saved us money for repairs because we went to the builder with the report and they fixed several issues that Johnny found. . I would highly recommend Johnny for a home inspection. Word to the wise, just because it is a brand new constructed home does not mean there is nothing wrong with it. Trust me, the builders are only looking our for themselves. Invest a few hundred dollars and get the home inspected. You will be happy you did.
