Description of Work: Really nice guy Jason, came on time, was very professional. There were a few things we needed (external hard drive, cord)he did not pressure us to buy from him, he gave us the option. However, we just wanted it done. He was very patient with me, as I am really clueless about this stuff. I did have to call back for a small issue and he was friendly and prompt in assisting me. AAA++++++
