Description of Work: I have had a "smart home" for 9 years that has automation of lights, music, cameras and security. I have had numerous "systems" and technicians in my home to install new equipment, upgrade existing equipment or program my current system to perform to my lifestyle. iHome Technologies is definitely the best of all the companies that I have used. They can install new TV hardware technologies, security systems as well as install and program automation systems. Earl, the owner, has a unique way of listening, researching, explaining and resolving technical problems and issues. I really like the fact that iHome Technology is a small local company. With larger companies I previously had to deal with many service techs that had to constantly learn my systems and lifestyle. They often corrected a problem but created other problems due to their limitations or lack of understanding of my home. It seemed like over the years I was constantly explaining my systems to many techs rather than just a few. It's comforting to know that I have someone that is proactive in keeping my home and business updated with today's technology changes and challenges. I have used iHome for the past 2 years and have referred them to many friends and neighbors that have various hardware, software and electronic problems and needs. I just recently transferred my monthly security home monitoring service to them.
