Went well. They got us in quickly, installed our new garage door opener in the time they told us it would take, and were very professional. Casey took extra time to go through all the extra features, was very patient with our questions. Casey was GREAT and the company’s overall customer service was exceptional. Good company to consider when making a decision on who to select for any of your garage door needs! We highly recommend them and would use them again.

Very happy with the service from Heavenly Garage Doors! We were able to make an appointment for the next day and the technician was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We were called ahead of time before our appointment and they were even able to come a little early, which was nice. Within 24 hours of calling, we have a working garage door at a fair price! Highly recommend this company!

I called and he offered to come out that same day. I was already at the office and I asked if the following morning was good. It was and he arrived on time. He looked at it and was to fix it in just a few minutes. He showed me what had happened and even showed me what else I could do to keep the door opening smoothly. I was very pleased. If I ever need anything done on the garage door again, I'll call him first without hesitation.

Tim got here on time and was able to repair my broken spring in less than an hour. I'm very pleased with the quality of his work, he knows what he's doing. The rates are fair, I will call Heavenly Garage Doors again if I ever have another garage door problem.

Called Tim Carnes about repairing or garage door, left a message and called me back within the hour. Tim worked around my schedule and came out to our home around 7PM and replaced the spring that had broken the night before. Great customer service, response time and all around cool dude. I will defiantly recommend him to others and call him again for any future repairs.

Every time that Tim has come, he has found the problem (no matter how long it took) and made sure everything was in working order before he left. He has repaired all the damage done when I backed into the door, gotten the mechanism back on track, put weather stripping on the outside of the door, reprogrammed the outside keypad, replaced the side sensor, etc. He is always reasonable, helpful, pleasant, and timely. I could not ask for any more from a repairman and wouldn't consider ever calling anyone else. TIM IS YOUR GUY!!!!
Description of Work: Tim has been to my house several times. First one was where I started to back out of garage before it was all the way up. The door was bent and the mechanism was off track. The second time was when I couldn't get the door to go up. The third time was when one of the sensors had gone bad. This has all happened in the last six months.

He was very prompt, efficient and knowledgeable! He arrived at the time he said he would. He came out on a Sunday morning (his birthday), got right to work and fixed our door in less than 20 minutes. He was very kind and professional and we will be using him in the future for any and all garage door related issues.

Great service. Spring broke disabling door, locking cars within. Technician came with in a couple of hours. upgraded to double springs and also replaced all rollers at my request. Prompt, courteous and reasonable. Highly recommend this company.

the provider was courteous and efficient he explained everything about my new unit I would not hesitate using him again the price was excellent I got a brand new unit. That is garage door opener. With 2 remotes. I had an old remote he even programmed it for mr I now have 3 remotes the job took 1 1/2 hours I got Same day service I called at 8 am the provider was at my home at noon that is great service. Heavenly garage doors. Gets. An a plus from me. If your ratings were 5 stars. The provider would get all 5 stars from me. Great job
Description of Work: replaced door opener system put in belt system it is very quiet put in outside key pad for entry besides the remote this key pad has its own security code put in new rollers that are nylon put in new inside garage switch for open and close not using remote it also has a security system to block outside entry for someone who has stolen your remote it also has a light switch . The door now opens very quietly. The provider was very good about explaining how every thing worked his attitude was great and he was very efficient in his work the whole job took. 1 1/2 hours to complete he was on the job at noon that is the time he said he would arrive. He did a great job and I would recommend him anytime. He also said if I had any problems just call him and he would take care of it. I feel like I got a bargain for the price

We are very pleased with the new garage door and the repaired garage door and opener. Our vintage garage is now up to code with new breaker box, outlets for garage door opener and shop lights. They were wonderful, honest, reasonable, and very skilled.We highly recommend them for your garage and electrical needs!
Description of Work: Installed second garage door after removing old garage door. Installed all railings, repaired existing garage door opener, installed button to open garage door, programmed garage door remote. Paul came out on the weekend and patiently worked on bulIlding the infrastructure needed to install a garage door. His partner, a skilled electrician, also provided skilled services. He troubleshot and identified the reason several rooms did not have electricity to turn on lights. The problem was a ceiling fan that was incorrectly installed. He even fixed the fan so it no longer wobbled. He installed several electrical boxes running wire and replacing old circuit box with modern breaker box in the garage. The took time to explain everything to us. These two professional know the work. We couldn't have found anyone more honest and skilled. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.
