He came well recommended by a friend who knows construction. He was knowledgeable about construction, however, he had only one regular worker in his employee. He had a couple of workers who worked for a while and did not come back. He completed the project in a timely manner although we had days when there was no one here working. He seemed to have a bigger job than ours that he was starting on and there were a couple of times we had to ask him to get back over here and finish. We never heard from him after the job was completed and I felt like he could have checked back to see how we liked the room and if everything was going well.

Builder did a tremendous job. Keith worked with us through all of our questions and gave us a top notch product. We had him build us a porch the year before and we get compiments all the time on it. That job exceeded our expectations. He has also redone our landing, put on new roof, and fixed our broken septic line. All in all we love Keiths work and will continue to use him for future projects.

Although some real aggravations occurred on some of the electrical work they hung in there with it. Our house was built in 1970 and some of the wiring in the kitchen had to be worked on and new outlets put in. After one incident where the new recessed lighting went out the night it was installed, I was very happy and relieved that and quot;Sparkyand quot; the electrician came the next day (a Sunday) to replace the new switch which turned out to be defective. The lighting looks great and between Keith and his electrician they did an excellent job of getting them placed to provide nice even lighting in both rooms-dimmers were installed and the effect is great. All the other and quot;little items were taken care of just as I wanted. Thanks to Keith and his crew after a couple of weeks of, electrical, plumbing, drywall repair and installation of the lights were are well underway in our remodeling efforts. Keith and his crew take there time and I did get a little impatient during parts of the process. I did spend some time waiting when I would have appreciated a thumbs up on people showing up later than originally discussed, etc... but that is probably partly nature of the beast so to speak on this type of work and my desire to get the work done. I would, and very well may. hire Keith (Foley) for more work in the near future. I was around for all the work and was very comfortable with him and his people. They are not stiff professionals but from my experience competent, friendly people you don't mind having in your house. They take the time to answer your questions and concerns you have on your project and I feel they got mine done right.

Start to finish, work was done perfectly! Keith Foley is extremely professional, courteous and easy to communicate with. His crew all did excellent work and were all very professional. I was extremely pleased with everything that was done. They followed my "request" list to the letter. They even came back to do a couple of extra small things that I wanted and they did not add extra charges. I already have more work for Keith and I am thrilled to have him back working for me. I would highly recommend him for any type of work. He is very capable of any type of remodel work including electrical, plumbing, tile work, etc. Installing my sun tunnels could have been a real problem for someone who could not think through problems. Keith was able to find solutions for any problem we faced with their installation.

Our job was to be done by Foleys Construction in six weeks, and it took seven months. I wanted metal supports, and they put in wood which requires maintenance. The roof leaks, and we have had to replace wood on the porch already.

Foleys Construction did a horrible job. I had to hire someone else to come and fix it. I ended up paying twice. I would never hire Foleys again.
