CertaPro Painters® of Nashville North-Bowling Green

More than one missed start date but weather played a part. Once started, went pretty smoothly. Good to work with but struggled to get exact look of "the smear" that we wanted, and every "smear" is different, but turned out well.

Certa pro was one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever worked with! They never called to schedule a day to start the project so I had to call them. They processed to tell me they would be there the next morning but then never showed up. When I called them to see where they were they said they got stuck at the project before me so it would be a couple more days until they could start mine. They never asked me if that worked with my schedule. They then never showed up the second time we scheduled a day and of course never called. I had to then call them and they said the project manager had a family funeral to attend. I completely understand this but would have liked some communication. Especially since I had moved my work schedule to accommodate them coming. So the fifth day and final chance I gave them the crew showed up 30 minutes late so I just sent them away. I would never recommend certa pro to anyone wanting painting done. I ended up taking 5 days out of my work schedule waiting on them to show up! What a terrible and unprofessional company!

We would definitely use Nick and his team again for any painting needs.

Please note that the A rating is for Chris, the second painter that was brought in to redo and complete the job that the first set of painters began and created problems--a mess to be sure. Chris went above and beyond his job to make things right after the initial painters created more problems than existed before the house was even touched with paint. He is a hard worker and demonstrated that he takes pride in completing his assignment to the satisfaction of the customer. He and the company were easy to deal with and quite knowledgeable--and competent-- in his craft. CertaPro of Nashville North should be grateful that they have such a skilled workman as part of their crew. I, for one, am so thankful that Chris completed the painting project on my house and it looks great! And thanks to Nick and Joseph for their professionalism and integrity in taking responsibility for fixing and resolving a serious problem.
