 + -1 moreThey didn't give me any papers for guarantee of the work. Now my flooring is coming up. When I called them about this problem, they informed me that it was a problem with a former employee of theirs. Apparently the employee was taking the phone calls and giving the work to his brother, Larry, who was working falsely as this company. Carpet Concepts told us that they were sorry and that they fired the person who did this, but they made no other attempt to rectify the situation. I can understand that they didn't get receive the funds for the work, but on the other hand I had contacted their company. Now I still have a messed up floor, and am out more money for the work than it should have cost.
Description of Work: I called them to install hardwood flooring in my home. They said that they would come out to do the work, and I made a payment of $600 to start the work. A man named Larry came out do the installation, I wasn't at home at the time, my mother was. They did the work and then said they wanted $500 more to do the work.

 + 0 moreCarpet Concepts was prompt and provided high quality materials at a very competitive price. They did wood flooring and put in carpet. The owner checks on the work sight personally and does a follow-up phone call to make sure you are satisfied.

 + -1 moreI'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK OF THIS COMPANY. THE SALESMAN WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE AND THE INSTALLATION WAS EFFICIENT. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
Description of Work: PURCHASED NEW CARPETING FOR OUR HOME. HAD THE NEW CARPETING AND PAD INSTALLED.

 + -1 moreCARPET CONCEPTS WAS GREAT. MARK MCDANIEL IS PROFESSIONAL AND GAVE US MANY CHOICES AND PRICE RANGES TO CONSIDER. HE WAS WILLING TO COME OUT INNUMERABLE TIMES WITH SAMPLES, AND HE WAS HERE WHEN THE INSTALLERS CAME TO OUR HOME TO REMOVE THE OLD CARPET FROM OUR HOME.
Description of Work: THE CARPET INSTALLED IN OUR HOME ORIGINALLY WAS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY AND HAD WORN IN SEVERAL PLACES. WE HAD TO HAVE CARPET REPLACED IN OUR HOME.
