+ -1 moreI had Kenny and his crew to retile 2 bathrooms,including the showers and fireplace and laundry room as well. They did a GREAT job. I couldn't have ask for a better job. Kenny always done what he said he would do. They were always on time and very neat and cleaned up at the end of everyday. I would highly recommend and would definitely use him again.

+ 1 moreCouldn't be more pleased with the entire experience, from free estimate thru work performed to final clean-up! Kenny arrived on schedule to take a look at the jobs and give estimate, then returned about a week before installation to review the plan and make any modifications. The work cost EXACTLY per the estimate! No unpleasant surprises. The crew began work on time as scheduled, professional, friendly, punctual, very respectful of the premises...put down floor protection before beginning daily as well as dust dams over closets, furniture, etc. The work sites were kept neat and clean. Kenny was on site every day to supervise and address any issues, but the crew knew just what was required... not their first rodeo. Just be aware that Tile-Right works several weeks out from time of estimate; and they respond to every inquiry either by phone or e-mail. Overall, excellent experience!

+ -1 moreKenny and his guys were great. They are good so they are busy. It did take them a few weeks to get to our project but it was worth the wait. We ran into all sorts of problems with wavy walls and floors that weren’t level but they were able to remedy the situation. They tiled our walls around the tub, which included a window and our bathroom floor. We are thrilled with the results and will definitely be using them again for future projects.

We have used Tile-Right Flooring on over Twenty projects in the past years and Kenny has always delivered an outstanding job with very clean work and attention to detail. His pricing is always competitive, sometimes lower than other subcontractors we have used in the past for the same jobs. + -1 moreThese guys are great. They get right to work, and the quality shows their great skill. Kenny is wonderful to work with, and he is versatile depending on his schedule, but he's very accomodating. I will be calling these guys back in the future!!! They made an old bathroom look brand new!!!!

+ 0 moreBest contractor experience I have had. Very professional and knowledgeable. Beautiful end result. Went above and beyond on the little details. Even finished early. Started early Monday morning with the demolition and cleaned up and removed everything. Then placed the new tub and worked on the plumbing to the new larger tub that the old pipes would not accommodate. Worked three hours on redoing the pipes and only added $75 dollars to the final bill. Day two they placed the ceramic wall tiles. Did the cutting outside under a tent so he would not mess up my house. Day three did the flooring, baseboards, lighting vanity and toilet. Cleaned up everything. Very pleasant to work with as well. No surprises. Recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: I found out that the shower in the master bath was not built correctly in my almost new home due to the glass door falling out after some tiles broke. We also had underlying water damage due to this "breach". Kenny was extremely responsive. And quickly came out to look at the situation. In his assessment he told me what he expected to find after he disassembled effected portion of the shower, explaining the repair and the associated costs. Agreeded upon times were set for repair. They showed up on time, went right to work, after carefully covering my floors all the way to the front door so no damage would occur as they worked. They showed me the steps to not only repair the damage but to make it much better than how it was originally constructed. I feel confident it was done correctly. They cleaned up and charged me only the agreed amount. I was so happy that I gave his employees a small tip.

+ 0 moreKenny Vittatoe has an extremely professional crew. Everyday they started off protecting the flooring throughout the house and then cleaned up prior to departure. They were quiet, efficient and thorough in their work. The tile work is magnificent. The finish work was excellent. Everything worked as planned. I kept expecting something to go wrong and it didn't. I would rehire Kenny again without any regrets. He does excellent work and is reasonably priced.
Description of Work: Complete remodel of two full bathrooms: Included extensive demolition and rework, plumbing, tiling, electrical, sheetrock and windows.

Description of Work: This was a bathroom remodel. Kenny Vittatoe and his crew removed a garden tub and small shower and replaced them with a beautiful walk in tile shower. They were always there when they said they would be, were easily identifiable by their marked trucks and clothing. Very professional and the workmanship was outstanding. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Completed unit has made a huge difference in our master bath and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreKenny and his folks show up on time every time. They are uniformed, courteous and proessional in what they do. kenny is one of the most trustworthy people I have come to know. His employees are also trustworthy and a joy to be around. They work quietly (as best one can when installing flooring) and cleaned up each day. kenny is storing a few boxes of my extra hardwood in his building until we are ready to do the bedrooms and the bonus room upstairs. Guess what? We are ready to start Phase 3. Who are we going to call? Kenny of course!!!!
Description of Work: This was job number two by Kenny and his crew that he has performed for us. Phase 1 - In 2012 Kenny and his guys installed all new hardwood over a 2,000 sq ft first floor and installed porcelain tile in a first floor bathroom and in the kitchen area. During the requirements gathering phase kenny came in and sat with us expalined the pros and cons of different woods and tiles. Within a day or less Kenny provided us ith a fair estimate. He was several thousand dollars below 2 other remodel contractors. We supplied the hardwood nd the tile - all from Broadway Carpets. Kenny's folks went and picked all of it up from Broadway Carpets and brought it to our home. We never had to touch it. Kenny's folks did our tile work first in both the kitchen and the first floor bathroom. Then over the next 2 days or so they completed the entire downstairs with brand new hardwood! We were impressed and of course still are. In Phase 2 - kenny and hois folks installed tile in our upstairs laundry room and also in the hall bathroom. They then installed hardwood in our upstairs hallway. To complete Phase 2 Kenny had been staining the new stair treads to match the hardwood. It was perfect! Installation of the stair treads took about a day and a half and they look outstanding. Kenny Vittatoe is a master artisan!

+ -1 moreI contacted Kenny about replacing a bathtub. He came to our house within a few days to see look at the bathroom. He was dressed and was very professional. He said he would email us with an estimate within 24 hrs and he did. The price was very reasonable and I contacted him about a start date. He gave me a choice of two dates, and we settled on one. Two weeks before the start date he contacted me and told me that he was awarded a larger job he bid on earlier and that he wouldn't be able to do my work. He apologized and hoped I had a backup. Our family was very disappointed that he didn't try to reschedule our work. Our family will not be doing business with him because we cannot afford to risk another job being bumped by a larger job.
