DO NOT HIRE THIS BUSINESS! The company is NOT responsive to phone calls, voice mails, or even notes taped to their business door. Any time work has needed to be done, it has taken more than three weeks to speak to someone. Last time, the only reason they returned my call is due to my voicemail letting them know that if a call wasn't returned to me the next day, that I would be calling all HVAC companies they represent to let the companies know what horrible service this Cumberland Head and Air gives. This was a brand new home and, within a year, services were needed for their installed unit. In nine years, I have needed service almost every summer. Within three years of living here, I was told it needed a part, the part was ordered, and someone would be back to install it. It took TWO YEARS for this company to come back to install what ended up being the entire unit. Cumberland Heat and Air makes the customer chase them down until finally the warranty expires and the customer is expected to pay the entire bill. **Cumberland Heat and Air sent out an independent contractor for my work. This gentleman was nice and helpful, and he has done the work for a fair price. My ratings are for the company CUMBERLAND HEAT AND AIR, **not** for the gentleman who worked on my HVAC system.

They called us back right away to set up a time, they came out kind of on short notice with the second call, they are courteous, knowledgeable and good price as well.

They were friendly. They explained to me everything that they were going to work on. He would come as quick as possible if I had an emergency. They are the type of people you don't have to watch, they just get the job done. He takes his time to check everything and make sure it's done properly.
