+ -1 moreHad a leaky tub faucet. was a steady stream. called them talked to Smalley himself. sent him a picture of faucet so they knew what type. was going to come out same day. I couldnt do it so scheduled for next day. got arrival time of 9:15 to 9:30. they arrived on time was done in 15 mins. very professional. would highly recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreCalled him up on a Friday because another contractor had bailed on me. Was great came out very helpful in installing the back flow device, which he had to go back out and get, because I though we already had it, and we did not. Great guy, did work fast and well. Excellent contractor.
Description of Work: On a Saturday installed a back-flow preventor and went back out to get it.

+ -1 moreThe plumbers showed up bright and early Monday morning as promised and began working. They showed up with everything they needed to do the job so there was no leaving and staying gone for hours to get parts or tools. They worked until approximately 4:00pm. They promised to be back the next morning to finish up and guess what! They came back Tuesday morning and finished up. There was no dragging out the job and no inconvienence for us. I have never been so happy with a contractor in my whole life. Our experience was so refreshing!
Description of Work: Mr. Smalley connected our home to the city sewer system which consisted of digging approximately 200 feet from the house to the sewer stub as well as several feet deep. Mr Smalley dealt with all the permits and inspection and he installed a whole house vent so that everything drains so much better!
