MASSENGILL TREE SVC

Description of Work: Had 1 small tree removed. Needed to have the stomp removed also. It took several phone calls before Dave finally showed up to remove the tree. My husband waited for him all day and he never came or called on one occasion. A week went by before I called him again. He did not remember us. He had trimmed my neighbor's tree, so I thought I would use his services also. I did not find out until after the tree was down that he had another guy that would be removing the stomp the next day. I asked what time and he could not give me a time that the guy would be here. He also did not give me the phone number of the guy, neither did he give the guy my phone number. Anyway, the next day, it was after 6pm and the guy was still not here to remove the stomp so I called Dave to tell him that his guy wasn't here and that I wanted my money back for the stomp removal because I was tired of the hassle to get things done. He brought my money right over and told me that the guy was on his way at that time but he told the guy that I did not want him to remove the stomp. At that point I did not care whether Dave was telling me the truth or not. I was finished with Massengill Tree Svc, They did a great job with taking down the tree and cleaning up the limbs. They do good work. It is just so unbelievably hard to get them to show up. I have since then learned that 2 of my friends had used him and it was the same problem. They also had to make multiple phone calls.

Description of Work: They were punctual and cut the trees and branches that we wanted them to. They even took time to trim some branches we did no specify at no extra cost. They also cleaned up any loose branches.
