Johnson's General Svc

Chris came out on time for the quote the previous week. We have about 2-1/2 acres of land of which is mostly wooded as we live at the foot of a mountain. We had leaves all over the front of the house that had gathered all last fall and winter. We also had an area that was very low in dirt and needed to be leveled and sculpted so rain could run off the area. Chris and his team came out and did an fantastic job. They blew all the leaves away from the house and over the culvert next to our property. They also put the dirt out and sculpted it nicely. It worked very well because the very next day we got rain and the rain drained and ran straight down as it should have and didn't congregate in the hole that was previously there. I will use Chris again as needed and highly recommend him.

Chris has been doing work for us for years. He is stand up, reliable, fair and does a super job.

We had no work done however, I was very impressed with how quickly he responded to my estimate request and his professionalism and how personable Chris was.

Cut down tree and ground the stump. This was done at separate times. Fellows that cut tree did a good job. Fellow that ground stump did not grind fine enough-was not paying attention before he left. Maybe I should have specified this up front. It would help if they did this in one operation. All communications with them were good and they were punctual. Unfortunately I got two vendors mixed up and did not pay them until after the first of the year. My fault but they were very nice about it even though I'm sure it caused them problems.

Cleaned off back of our lot and along the side of our property of overgrowth and brush. Hauled off 4 loads of brush. Cleaned out a flower bed and put in new mulch. Mowed and trimmed the yard. We were very pleased with his work, price, and professionalism. We have asked that he put us on his list to come back in the spring and take care of our yard for the summer.

The experience with Johnson's General Service was good, they did an excellent job. They were prompt and speedy. There were no items broken, it was an excellent job.

Prompt courteous and efficient. Came quickly and on time to make an estimate. Estimate for bush trimming and yard cleanup about on expected target. Came to complete work as scheduled. Did a complete job and was willing to do whatever was needed to make sure I was happy with the work. Worker asked for an on site inspection after work was completed. Owner followed up shortly after work was complete to make sure I was satisfied. Very customer service oriented. I plan to use this service again in the spring.

He came over and gave estimate on 7/22/11 lawn was moved and we discussed more yard work. He came back following week and worked well and has out great since.

All details of the work was discussed and a free estimate of that work was given with a separate price for mulch and then for labor. About a week later the work was performed on July 27th and July 28th. I am delighted with their work and professionalism. Will definitely call them for future work.

Mr. Johnson contacted me the same day of my inquiry and arranged to visit and prepare an estimate within a week. He arrived promptly as scheduled and was extremely helpful with suggestions regarding how best to meet my goal of clearing the area. I was very pleased with his proposal and cost estimate so we immediately agreed on terms. He telephoned two days later to tell me he wanted to bring his team leader over to go over the project with him. The team arrived the next day and completed the work very quickly. I was not at home during this work but my neighbors told me they were very impressed with how quickly the job was completed, including the cleanup. Four neighbors were so impressed with the results that they asked me how to contact Mr. Johnson. The team will return in 10 days to remove the destroyed weeds remaining and will spray another application to prevent future growth. The spray used is not harmful to animals so I was not concerned about my pet or the occasional deer that roams the area. I highly recommend this service provider and will continue to use their services for future needs.

Looked on Angie's list . Picked our company to try. Called Mr Johnson, who came by the next day and gave me a price. He told me when he would come(which was quickly), rain had some effect. He came by that day to see if I was satisfied with the work. I pointed our one area that I wanted mowed(next to neighbor's yard) and he emphasized that he wanted me to be happy with the service and to let him know if anything was not to my satisfaction. The price was less than I had been paying. We set up a schedule. I was very happy to find this service. Mr Johnson and his son(he did the work) were very polite, warm and professional. I do recommend this company.

They do an absolutely incredible job. They do the best job I have ever had done. Their consistent quality of the work that they do has made me continue to use them. The detail that he puts in the job he does and the careful way he treats the different plants in the property is good. He blows the driveway and sidewalk and leaves it look like a show place. It’s really incredible. He calls and asks if there is any need for any work and he automatically comes and does the job. I would not consider using anybody else for this job.
