Description of Work: On the first appointment to install new glass in kitchen windows, they were a bit late, then found they had brought the wrong thickness of glass. I had to call to reschedule. On the second appointment, they were just a bit late, but had the glass and equipment they needed and did an excellent job. Work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: I found them professional in every way. They gave me an estimate to replace glass on my patio door. I opted not to replace the glass and just get a new door instead. I did not use them but they were nice, professional and I had an estimate in writing the next day.

+ 0 moreExcellent experience with a contractor. I got other estimates from companies who did not show up on time, were difficult to deal with and who tried to price high and then come back lower.
Description of Work: Brian came out promptly after my call and provided an on the spot quote. He came back on time and preformed a great replacement of energy efficient glass for my existing wood windows in my entire house.

+ 0 moreI had to break a window on my house because I locked myself out. I called Brain Jerd with the Chattanooga Window Medics late on friday and he ordered the glass for me. (No one had it in stock) He also offered to come by before the replacement window arrived and secure my broken window so no one would break into my house, but I declined and did that myself. On the following tuesday he was at my house replacing the window. He cleaned everything and was very professional. The job was done in about 20 minutes total. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone. He also fixes condensation buildup in windows and numerous other window related repairs.
