Benny was showed up at the time he promised. Explained what he had to do and because the work didn't take him as much time as he thought it might he charged us less than his original quote. I really appreciate that kind of honesty. I would recommend him to anyone.

Not well. I had Benny come out in October of 2016 to review the job and provide a quote, He arrived as planned and gave me a quote to do the work. He would need to subcontract the dirt work. Time moved along and we experienced delay after delay. Weather, unavailability of the dirt guy (apparently the only dirt guy he could work with) or other delays on Benny's part due to conflicts. It is now late March. In February we finally had good weather and an available dirt guy and Benny chose to hike the trails in the Smokies for several weeks rather than do my job as promised. Then to top it all off, I had called One Call and was told that the water line in question would not be marked by the water company. I told Benny that in February the first time. 2 weeks back when we were scheduled again he told me I need to have the water company mark the line. I reminded him they would not, even called the water company again and also sent Benny copies of the wording on the water company web site. The dirt guy responded that I was wrong and Benny conveyed that information. I told Benny once again this was the case. All Benny would say was that the dirt guy said of I called the water company they would mark the line. No other options were offered. I told Benny that every other quote I had gotten said they would hand dig and marking was not necessary. Apparently that did not matter. So here we are 5 months after I hired Benny to do the work, delay after delay and then being told I didn't know what I was talking about. Neither Benny nor the "Dirt Guy" would take the time to call the water company themselves. They threw this obstacle out at the last minute so of course even if resolved would have been another delay. I had enough and wrote Benny to inform him that I was very dismayed regarding the extremely poor attention to my job, being essentially called a liar regarding the water company communications and notifying him that he was FIRED! A new contractor came out last Friday to review the work, I had a quote by the end of the day and the work will be done next week, not 5 months from now and at a cost very comparable to the price Benny gave me 5 months ago.

He was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient.

Benny has done work for my parent, my brother in law and me. We all have been very happy with the work done by him. I trust him and recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician. He showed up on time, listened patiently while I explained the issue (a breaker kept kicking off), and he quickly found the short circuit and fixed it.

He will answer his phone and he will come and help you and he is a real nice guy and he gets the job done and there is no around about it. He just comes in and does the job and that's it. A lot of providers that are listed like in the yellow pages they wont even answer their phones. This guy will come and help you. He has good customer service in other words. He quotes a standard price. He knows what he is doing.

Benny (electrician) was scheduled to assist me with a kitchen light that was not working in a rental house, that I own, in Harriman. He was, already, there waiting for me when I arrived at the house at 9 a.m. Only about 12 minutes later, Benny had replaced the ballast on the kitchen light fixture. Problem solved, and corrected, within 12 minutes! And the price that he charged me, was more reasonable than prior electricians that I have used within the past year Overall, a great transaction! Benny was very polite, easy to deal with, and definitely knows what he's doing! This was my first time using this electrical service provider; but, I will definitely call them again (next time I have a electrical problem)!

Electrician is good to work with and explains the work to be done very well. I was surprised about how fast the work was done! He originally came out to provide an estimate and I explained the kitchen remodel I was doing, where I would like extra sockets and what would be moved. I had planned to remove the first 48and quot; of sheet rock from the walls as I was going to do some plumbing work, and was necessary anyway to reroute the range and dishwasher power, and add all those sockets (it would be easier to start again with the drywall than fill the holes etc. from both the electrical work, old cabinet removal, and previous damages!. The quote was on a per socket/box basis and I added a couple of things which added a little to the cost as expected. He will be back to install recessed lighting in the kitchen.

Excellent!!! Trouble shooting was fast and corrections were done quickly. Contractors knowledge was advanced and correction plans were excellent. Contractor discussed what he was doing and why in a easily understandable language. Scheduling was easy and his arrival was always on time. He worked fast and had respect for our home and time.

Mr. Braden scheduled an early morning appointment and showed up right on time. He completed the job quickly and correctly and for a very reasonable price. His mastery of the electronic system I had him install was especially impressive. I would hire him again in a heart beat. I would also highly recommend him to others because he is good at what he does and his rates were just right.

Due to the size of the job, we had to do it in small parts at a time. We always scheduled work to be done on my fiance's off days, so we would call Mr Braden to tell him upcoming schedules, and sometimes it would take him a few days to call us back, or wouldn't call back at all so we would have to call him again. This is the ONLY problem I have had with Mr Braden. He is very professional and friendly, and has even been teaching my fiance about wiring houses while showing him what is being done. He's always been here exactly at the time he says he will be, but he does like early mornings (all of our appointments have been at 7am). Over all, I am very happy with his work.

All lights (no plugs) went out suddenly in the middle of the night for the master bedroom and bath plus another bathroom all on a single house circuit. When I called out of the blue after reviewing Angie's List, Bennie answered and quot;this is Bennieand quot; as if he were anticipating my call. He immediately suggested various possibilities and waited for me to check them out before concluding that he needed to make a service visit. He made two visits when he said he would and was notably courteous, mild mannered, and communicative throughout. He did a significant amount of circuit tracing and work (in a nasty insulated attic) only to discover a hidden safety button on the circuit that needed to be pushed. He seemed always to be considerate of my concerns and budget: he did not charge me for the rewiring that proved needless. As a bonus he pointed out a (non-electrical) problem with the heat pump in our attic.

The smoke detectors in our home were 12 years old and had gone bad. Mr. Braden was recommended to us by our insurance agent. I called 2 other Angie's list electricians and Mr. Braden was the best bid. He arrived when he was scheduled. He was professional and personable. In addition he found and fixed another small problem at no charge. he will now be our family electrician.

He is wonderful. I use him all the time. I do not think I would use anybody else. His pricing and professionalism are great, and he is pleasant to work with.
