Patterson's Appliance - Harriman

I had called for a service call on my appliance I purchased from Patterson but they didn't have any record of my purchase nor could they put in a service order without Model or Serial number. Fortunate, I held onto the purchase req. from 2007 or I would had to pull my stove out of its location to get this info. and this no easy feat. Also, I had to follow up the next day to ask about getting service to my oven as I didn't receive any call back. The service was set for 8/21 morning time frame so I had to take off work to be available for this service. On 8/21 around 10:30 am, I called the service department to inquire about my service and was told they didn't get me on the list for service today. I was told they could do it the next day but I had plans to be gone and could not be available. I requested they come after hours but was told this was not possible as it would interfere with their service members time. NOW, its ok to disrupt my schedule due to their mistake. Does this make sense? NO. Also, forget getting any call back from their management or owner Steve Patterson as its apparent they DON'T care about service or making their customer happy. They already got their money. Next time use Plasma Appliance in Athens as they have great service and will accommodate your schedule.

Nancy with Patterson's was an excellent sales and service person. She was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to help. Delivery and set up crew were very good. Very professional. I highly recommend Patterson's Appliance in Knoxville.

I stopped at Patterson's in Knoxville on my way to big box store to look at new appliances. I needed a new electric range asap and was wanting to replace a 25 yr old refrigerator. I had purchased previous range there about 20 yrs ago. I was pleasantly surprised that the prices were very competitive and I found exactly what i needed. The best part was that instead of telling me what could not be done, they told what they could do for me. They delivered, installed and took away my old appliances for one delivery fee of $60 which included the new power cord for the range and a water line for the refrigerator. No list of additional charges added to the price. Delivered and installed in two days. I was very pleased.

Knocking noises not discovered, water coming out from fridge possibly and service follow up was helpful with water question

Called Josh this morning told him what was going on he suggested that it was most likely the Main Computer board. They had one in stock. I went to pick it up spoke to both Josh and the other gentlemen there and they both agreed the board was probably the issue. They told me how to double check before installing the board. Yes, sir they know their stuff!!! Installed it myself saving me a $100.00 service call from GE!! I will use them again if needed!! Thank you Josh!

Identified problem quickly. Delivery of replacement pump took a little longer than expected. Very courteous and professional.

Their service was fine. The guy who came was very professional and quick. He did a couple of things beyond. I was pleased with his service. I had no problem with him, so I would call him back again. In addition, their responsiveness was quick.

He was very knowledgeable and was a great representative of the company. He was very helpful and went above a beyond. He was able to advise me on lots of things.
