Lowe's - Harriman

I recently contracted with this store for a kitchen cabinet remodel and I want you to know how very pleased I am with the whole process, start to finish. My sales/design specialist James Hilton’s product knowledge and design software proficiency was most impressive. He was patient and listened to me, I mean really listened and understood what I was trying to achieve. He was able to put to paper what was in my head and give me my dream kitchen. With his suggestions and a few here and there tweaks I came away with the very best bang for my buck too boot. All in all a very pleasant, creative experience. Shenandoah was my manufacturer of choice. Their customer service was excellent with timeframe notifications and their delivering carrier Tiger Logistics, professional. Installation was done by Glenn McCullar of McCullar’s Home Repair with help from his apprentice Dustin Arnold and if I had to sum Glenn up in one word it would be meticulous. First of all he shows up always on time, prepared and with a happy attitude. He is very personable and handled my tendency to hover and ask endless questions with patience and understanding. Watching him install you can tell this is a craftsman at work, giving full attention to every detail, accepting nothing less than perfection and when he is through all is tidy. How refreshing. The entire process was followed by phone by two friendly customer service/install reps Donna and Jada. My dream kitchen is now a reality, both beautiful and everything I had hoped for. Kudos and a big ol’ Thank You Lowes and the entire awesome team that made it possible.

Someone came to measure and they ordered it. It only took a couple of weeks for it to come in. They did what they said they were going to do. They had it done in a very short time and they took the old one with them. It was a good price. The new countertop looked good with my new cabinets.

The job was completed 18 months late, they were terrible to deal with. They tore up the hardwood floor which they had to replace. The plumbing they replaced under the sink broke and flooded the basement. The cabinets were installed incorrectly and had to be replaced several times. They didn't install the ventilation system correctly for the stove. During the project, the salesman left the company as did the sales manager, install manager, and store manager. I would not recommend them.
