It is an excellent job, completed in a timely manner. Dave is very professional. He kept in contact with us. Let us know when materials would be delivered. He stopped by several times to see how things were going. The area was clean at the end of each day. We would definitely hire Schwartz and Sons again

Mr Schwartz was very polite and professional, detailing what would be done. Mr Schwartz and his crew went right to work, performing the repairs. He seems to be a good family man and a hard worker, which I can appreciate. I know I only met him the once, but he seems to be very trustworthy and I would recommend him to anyone that has an assortment of exterior house items that need to be taken care of. I was very pleased by the overall experience, feeling I received my money's worth and not having to deal with a shady fly by night contractor. Give the man a try!

They came at time set, took out storm window, then took out kitchen window, all from outside the house, then cleand area, put in nwe windown, caulked inside and out, gave me instructions for cleaning, then they cleaned up ALL their debris. I am very satisfied with their work and professionalism.
