Job was done to my satisfaction. He built a cover to hide electrical lines running down the side of my house. This looked rhouseting he'd never built one of these before. Everything was fine until the following Spring (2013). Birds began flying down the chute and built a nest in the bottom. This made a terrible noise. My son's bedroom was at the inside of this chute. The birds flew in and out 24 hours a day, making horrible noises squalling, flapping, scratching, etc. I called Mr Pulliman and he kept putting me off. He made every excuse imaginable to keep from coming back and making some sort of a cap to deter the birds. The noise got so bad, my son moved to another room in the house. We have experienced the same problem again this year. I called him in March and got an unacceptable excuse as to why it would take at least a month for him to find time to come and fix his mistake. My son got involved about three weeks ago. He has been lied to and put off for these weeks. He finally told my son this morning that he had no intentions of coming back. My son offered to pay someone to fix it if Mr Pulliman would just come back or send someone else to fix the problem. Mr. Pulliman was extremely hateful and said he would not fix it or send anyone else to do it. So we now have a birdhouse on the side of our house.

Contracted to have the work done on August 1. He wanted to do the work two days after the estimate, which I could not do due to another conflict. We agreed on August 1st. He did not show or call. I waited until 8/15 and called him. He informed me that he was busy with two patios and couldn't come until later. As of 8/23, I have not heard from him. I had to get someone else to do the work which was done for a fraction of the estimate that he gave me. This man is not reliable.
