He did more than he had to. He is very good. He is overall a great guy. There was no complication. Everything is holding up well. He was great. He was professional. He was kind. He was considerate. He went above and beyond. Everything was great. I can't say enough good things about him, so that means he has to be good. He can also do handyman work. He is pretty good with that. He was really nice and genuinely friendly. He is an outgoing and businesslike person.

The toilet tank was not properly secured to the toilet bowl. The toilet base was not properly secured to the floor. The wax seal was not installed properly. 31/2 weeks after installing the toilet, I had a home improvement store install tile in my bathroom. Once the floor began to be removed it was discovered the toilet had leaked all throughout the floor causing major damage. The flooring guys said it wasn't even secured properly to the floor and the wax ring was not sealed correctly. They said they had to stop due to the damage. The plumber was called out by the home improvement store to inspect it. He kept coming up with different theories, the water pressure was too high (he tested it and it was fine), the fan didn't work properly (it does), the damage wasn't too bad, it was the shower that was leaking, and then finally my splashing around in there for years has lead to water running down the wall and the only reason it's wet all around the toilet is because it slopes down. Another contractor was called in today and said it's the toilet that caused the damage. You can see wet rings all around on the floor around the toilet, it feels wet to the touch and anybody could look at it and see it was the toilet. He refuses to help pay for the floor, refund the install amount or anything else to compensate for his screw up. The home improvement store is siding with the plumber and completely disregarded the second contractor and the flooring installers (that work for them).
Description of Work: I purchased a toilet from the Johnson City, TN store and Mr. Install is their contractor for toilet installation.
