Giving a poor review mainly because they charged me for a whole week of use for a portable toilet upon delivery when it was only on the property for less than 3 days. They gave the explanation that they do not prorate. Well, I don't give five star reviews if you do not prorate! I begrudge paying for 7 days of use when it has only been on the property for 2 whole days, esp. when it was delivered on a Friday and no work is done over the weekend. I'm not sure if this is standard practice, either way, I disagree with it. Other than this and the attitude I received on the phone, their toilet is clean and well taken care of.

I called for someone to pump my septic tank. I asked for an estimate of the cost, and the approximate time when the job could be accomplished. After asking pertinent questions (where was the tank located, would digging be required etc) The owner (Mark) and I made an appointment for the next day. He said he'd call before he came out. Unfortunately, the appointment had to be rescheduled due to torrential rain with street flooding.The appointment was rescheduled for the next day, and Mark did call before he came out. The tank was pumped and even though it was larger than I had believed it to be, Mark did not charge me more than his estimate. The work was completed in a professional manner, and , if having your septic tank pumped can ever be called a good experience, this was!
