He fixed the toilets to our satisfaction. He then asked for us to pay via (Walmart transfer) since we are living out of town now and he was working on our rental. He then requested payment in advance for the purchase and installation of a dehumidifier in the basement of the rental. Payment was made with a check, the check was cashed immediately but the work was never done. He kept telling me that he could not contact the renter so i contacted her and she told me that he has yet to call her. This went on for about a month then he stopped answering my texts and calls. Our renter continued to tell me that he never called to set up an appointment, she was even willing to leave a key for him to use if she could not be there. I eventually contacted another contractor who was able to complete the job within two days with no issues contacting the renter. It has now been over two months. He has not answered my calls or responded to my texts and he has not refunded the $375.00 that we paid him for the job.

He did eventually install the water line. He then started checking the entire house's plumbing in an effort to add more to my bill. He said he adjusted the shower head however I didn't think it needed it.
Description of Work: Install a water line to a stainless steel sink in the laundry room.
