+ -1 moreHeritage Oner Freddy Tweed came out,replaced the thermostat and ordered fan motor and was scheduled for installation the following week.Freddy was a no show,would not return many calls.We ended up calling someone else.Freddy was nice enough but cashed our $400.00 check for a $79.00 thermostat installation that was just changing out.Mr. Freddy karma is a *****.

+ -1 moreOur home has on older Amana air conditioning unit. It failed in May and again in July. Both times at inconvenient hours. Last time on a Sunday. We are very pleased with the quality and promptness of service. Our technician was Freddy, he is very knowledgeable and conscientious in his work. The reason for the failure was explained, tips provided, for maintenance and troubleshooting and the state of our system explained. Price is fairly reasonable considering the distances repairmen travel from job to job. Calling for service can leave you wondering though. The main number goes to voice mail with no explanation that it is being forwarded to a service tech. If you haven't heard back from them within a few hours call again. Once you have contact with someone, things move quickly and they do work late hours and weekends.
Description of Work: Repaired failed home AC unit. Have used their service twice.

Description of Work: Even thought it was late in the afternoon on July 3rd right before the holiday weekend....they came! We did not have to suffer through the 3 day weekend without any air. Couldn't ask for nicer guys. Had the A/C going in a matter of 30 minutes. Will use again for sure!
