Description of Work: They have had to work on my vehicle several times as soon as she is made the purchase the first few times they said they couldn't find anything wrong with the breaks and then the breaks went out while driving to pick up my 5 year old son from school. They also thought the air conditioner just needed freeon but the compressor was actually bad so I had to make take it back multiple times and they didn't do the work of their full potential. The last visit was over a cylinder one misfire they fixed it and it only took an hour aND the car is running better than the first day I drove it off the lot but now it's making a funny pecking noise that just started a few days after they worked on it. Plus I had to pay for the coil fix but the price was reasonable. How ever the other things they fixed along with having to replace the axles ball joints and also while they were fixing it the busted the break lines for the rear so they ended up having to keep my car over night after being told it would be done that day. They gave me a loaner car that was falling apart and not even been detailed and this happeNed on 2 occasionso. They could have at least lent me a car that was as nice as what I was paying for which is a Ford Escape. With all the problems they had to fix after only having the car a few weeks they didn't do a good job inspecting it. If they did at all. After all they have replaced hopefully nothing else goes wrong since my car payment is 330 a month and i always pay on time

Description of Work: I have a 1996 Ford Thunderbird that had an annoying intermittent stalling problem. With their help I was able to diagnose it and knew what to have them do. Their parts and labor were so reasonable I had them do the work. Great Service Department.

Description of Work: Installed 4 high quality tires, including balancing.
