Description of Work: Fred installed 2 new toilets and repaired the drain vent in the attic. |Fred is the only plumber I trust! He has done several jobs for both me and my mother. Always gets it right and doesn't charge nearly what I would be willing to pay. Fred is never satisfied unless he actually SOLVES the problem. Best in the business!
