+ -1 moreMr. Craft would not respond to any messages I left for him. I tried several times to contact him with no results. Answering machine or a woman taking messages was the only response I got when calling Mr. Crafts' phone number. I had given Mr. Craft a key to premises because some attic sheeting(plywood under the shingles) needed to be replaced. I requested by message, since he would not return my calls, for my key to be returned. That also never happened. Mr. craft still has that key to my knowledge. I was forced to change locks on premises because of this. I was forced to correct the roof leak at my own expense without any assistance from Jeff Craft. I would never contact Mr. Craft to do any work for me in the future.
Description of Work: I contacted Mr. Craft to do a complete re-roofing of my asphalt shingle house. Mr. Craft claimed to find hidden water damage to plywood when repairing the roof and requested 500.00 more for repairs, of which I also paid him. I did what was requested of me and left no reason for Mr. Craft to not properly complete the roofing job. The new roof leaked and damaged ceiling tile in the bedroom of the house.

+ -1 morehe was late showing up. spent maybe 30 minutes fixing flashing. said if any problems to call. first big rain still leaked as bad as ever. tried several time to contact him to come back he would never return my calls. now the service date is a guess i do not remember the exact time frame. I did find someone it took a couple trips to stop the leak. i am once again needing help with this the person who did fix it does not do this any more but will not use this company.
