Description of Work: Nothing, roofer failed to keep appointment to complete repairs.

Description of Work: We had wind damage to our roof and were dealing with an insurance claim. Terry Burriell came to give us an estimate less than 24 hours after we called. He explained everything in detail and his estimate was itemized and clear. He even had his insurance company send me proof of his insurance coverage. Because of the high wind in this area, we really wanted to install a metal roof rather than replace the shingles. After talking with our insurance company (see comments below), we had to have Terry come back out a second time to give us an estimate for a metal roof installation that involved tearing off the old shingles first. Once we gave the go ahead, he and his crew of six came in less than a week to install our new roof. They completed the job in one day. All of his workers were friendly, clean-cut and courteous. Terry was up on the roof working right along side them for most of the day. They did a beautiful installation job, and they cleaned up and removed every speck of material from removing the old shingles. Terry was patient and understanding as we had to deal with the insurance claim process even though it meant he had to make a couple extra trips out to our house to deal with the paperwork after the job was finished. This is a great company to work with, and Terry Burriell is professional in every sense of the word. We highly recommend Burriell’s Roofing and will definitely call them again for any future roofing needs.

Description of Work: Terry Burriell was professional in every way. He took the time to sit down and go over every aspect of the job. He provided a detailed estimate and subsequent contract. His installation team workers were friendlly and efficient and all work was completed to our satisfaction. Terry personally insured evrything was done right. Great company.

Description of Work: Terry has applied 4 roofs for us and i can say he does a great job, cuts no corners, always does the job and clean up as he was living in the home himself..His company is the BEST, you can be sure your in the dry. The men that work with him are very good...like it's thier company. Terry is on the job site from start to finish. Don't settle for less than the best...

Description of Work: Had wind damage on roof. Had them come out and do a temp. patch, a good patch was performed until they could replace entire shingle roof. Replaced the roof at a latter date, great workmanship, quality, and keep me informed of any issues. I have recommended them to others in need of roofing. They do what they say and in a timely manner.

Description of Work: They worked with us to replace our roof in sections. This job entailed shingle removal and significant repairs prior to installing a metal roof. Prior to this, the roof did not integrate with the gutters. It now works great! They were easy to contact, kept appointments, and worked quickly on the job. Because of the additional repairs they were unable to finish on Saturday. They offered to either wait until Monday or complete the work on Sunday. They finished the job on Sunday as promised, provided itemized billing receipts, and were professional in all respects. They also made minor repairs on the other section of the roof that will allow us to defer replacing that part of the roof until this summer. They are licensed and insured and have 25+ years of experience.
