Brian did a great job painting a large room. We chose him based on his good reviews on Angie's list and based on his good price. He worked for 1 1/2 days independently and was finished. Very nice and easy to work with.

He was wonderful. Did a fantastic job with the painting and a great job with the pantry, closet and gate. He was able to match the gate perfecting to the existing banister - everything looks original to the home. He was friendly and professional, nice to the cats when they wanted to check him out a bit too closely, and kept his work area cleaned up at the end of the day.

This was a large rental house that needed extensive repairs. Our goal was to invest only what was necessary before putting it on the market for sale at market value. He painted almost every square inch of this 2,800 sq ft 3-story house from ceilings to walls, baseboards, decks, doors, cabinets and stairs. The work was done very well, but even more appreciated was the advice given to us to save money. Damaged areas like doors, windows, and decks could be repaired rather than replaced, and he was always watching for other savings as if it was his own.

We called Brian in the evening, and he met us the next day at the house. We told him what we wanted, gave him paint chips for 2 of the 3 rooms, and the third matching the existing color. About an hour or two later he called with an estimate, and we scheduled the work for a couple days later. We had not moved in yet, and were traveling for the holidays, so we told him that any day over the next week was fine. We had no problem with leaving him a key, as he seemed very professional and trustworthy. Our instincts were confirmed when we returned home to find a beautifully done job, our key, and an invoice for the exact amount he'd estimated. Once we get all our kitchen appliances, we will probably get our kitchen painted. We will definitely call Brian again, to have him do the job, as well as any other painting jobs in the future.

Brian did wonderful - a little pricey but he knows his trade. His was to lowest bid we received. He is very honest and dependable. This project took 5 weeks to complete and he was very prompt and communicative. His knowledge with passing housing inspections is a plus. He will quote a price including all painting but the other work will be hourly. Painting - he tends to not make really straight lines at the ceiling and along baseboard. If you request this as a priority in the beginning there should be no problem. We will use him again.
