 + -1 moreHORRIBLE!!! The middle of August ac breaks our landlord hires them due to contract and charges 3,000 more than the other estimates I received. The job takes a day, and were paid overtime to do it on Saturday after having waited over 2 weeks already they cancel last minute on Friday night. We paid for a room so they have space to complete the job that was nonrefundable and would not compensate us for loss of money. She said "they have no dogs in that race!" Basically oh well tough luck! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES NEVER USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISERABLE FOR 3 WEEKS MINIMAL AND RUDE MANAGEMENT THAT I DOUBT IS EVEN THE ONE IN CHARGE

Description of Work: Replaced leaking 15-year-old heat pump with new unit & programmable thermostat. Both sales and service personnel were very professional and went to great lengths to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. They showed us some maintenance tips and walked us through how to use the new thermostat. Also offered free freon recharge when the old unit ran out before the new one was scheduled to be installed. I'll definitely continue to give these folks my business.

Description of Work: I had a new York heat pump installed along with a new air exchange unit. Air Pro poured a new concrete pad for the outside unit. They gave me several quotes for different units, and I chose the top of the line unit mainly due to the high SEER and excellent warranty. Good crew of guys eager to answer any questions. They arrived on time and finished in a very timely manner.

Took one look and saw the problem,Bad Capacitor, replaced it and we were back in business.The Technician was polite,friendly, and very professional and experienced. I will call them again if needed.

 + -1 moreWhat a delight to work with a company who does exactly what they commit to. They were prompt in meeting their time commitments for coming to quote and completing the work. They were professional and had extensive experience. They took all the time needed to understand what I wanted and were very focused on ensuring I understood the options so I could make an informed choice. I wanted an air cleaner and asked about an electrostatic unit.. Instead of selling me what I asked for they took time to walk though the other options and in fact down-sold me to a more effective, less expensive plasma technology. Not many companies would do that. I was so pleased with the plasma option that I bought two additional units for my parents and daughter. The installers showed up on time, worked hard and were very conscience leaving my home in perfect condition. I had York units installed (made in the US) and so far have been very happy with their performance. I would unconditionally recommend this company to anyone.
