+ -1 moreDid not go well - the provider is very difficult to contact for service after the contract is signed. Promised water leak protection which did not happen., Insisted a 3 year contract (my mistake). We have had several issues which compromise our system and he is very rarely available to address. When on site, he spends the majority of the time on his cell phone. He has turnover within his company as he has never come on site with the same helper. I will not renew his contract nor would I recommend him to another consumer.
Description of Work: Wanted to have the contract for the home alarm system - was the original installer years ago.
