+ -1 moreTerribly! The workers were unprofessional and constantly late.
Description of Work: Penguin was hired to put in a new inground pool. They did a terrible job and when we complained, we were told it was an acceptable job. Within a year, the liner leaked and a return pipe was not installed properly and came apart... under the concrete. Our pump also has had to be replaced two times. The concrete deck was installed by penquin's subcontractor without wire mesh or fiber mesh, which we paid for. As the concrete was being poured, I asked about the rebar and was told he was pouring concrete with fiber mesh. That was not the case. We are replacing the 20 year liner and resurfacing the concrete next month.

+ -1 morePenguin Pools are very professional and know what they are doing. We have used their service for five years and are very satisfied with the quality of the work. They are very responsive to our needs and treat us very respectfully as customers.
Description of Work: Penguin Pools cleans our outdoor pool. They come weekly and we pay them $50 per visit.
