O'Brien Structure

He was pretty quick in getting it handled, actually. However, he wasn't clear on what exactly he would do. I thought he was supporting an entire section of house but it was much smaller. Sadly, he had to remove a shower drain pipe in order to do this (which is understandable) but failed to tell me this. I happened to notice a few weeks later when I was in the crawlspace myself! Upon contacting him, he seemed all about correcting it but never showed. Now, days later, all calls, messages, voicemails are totally ignored so I'm forced to pay a plumber for this repair. I wouldn't have minded as much had I known about it when it happened. Definitely would not recommend.

I would not recommend this person for any kind of work. This person dumped trash and construction debris on my property. This is basically what happened. I came home from work one day and there was a large pile, approximately three pickup truck loads of trash, construction debris on my property. After looking at the debris in a trash bag, there was a receipt with a person's signature. I called the police. The next day, Mr O'Brien and the police officer came to my house and Mr. O'Brien admitted to the police officer that was his trash. He stated that he used a company called Griiffin Disposal to empty his dumpster. He stated that he would get the mess cleaned up. It is now approximately 3 months later, and the mess has not been cleaned up. After repeated phone calls from the police officer and me and discussing with the district attorney and even the codes department and the disposal service, Mr. O'Brien is not answering the phone when the police call him. I have called him 2 or 3 times. He promised he will send someone to clean it up a few times but no one has ever shown up. The disposal company is stating that their trucks were not even with 25 miles of my house on the day it happened. So it is my opinion that Mr O'Brien is trying to wait this out and stall me so that i will just "go away". This situation has caused me several problems. First - It is an eyesore on my property. Second- My neighbors have become irritated because the trash pile that Mr O'Brien left has left is partially blocking the access drive to farmland next to my property. Third - There are possible toxic chemicals in the debris that maybe damaging my property. Fourth- There are nails sticking out from the boards (i have children and grandchildren so this is a safety hazard to my family). Fifth- Now there are bees and wasps building nests in the debris and possibly snakes. There are four points that should be pointed out in this review even if Mr. O'Brien did not physically dump this stuff on my property. These are the facts. First - Just to avoid this situation shows that Mr' O'Brien does not care for potential new customers. This alone should be an alarm for potential new customers. Second - Mr. O'Brien promised me twice this was going to cleaned up and he has failed clearly both times. Third - Mr. O'Brien is now avoiding the phone when the police call him. That's not me just talking, that is what the police officer told me. Fourth - This ongoing situation is a lack of respect for my concern, my property and my family. There are safety risks here and the liability that can fall on him alone is very alarming. If anyone has any questions, please reply to my review.
