+ 2 moreI had a custom home built by Ben the Builder on my own land. Overall the experience was not bad. Some mistakes were made and corrected and others we compromised on but by the end of the construction we were happy. We had them out twice over the first 15 months for an issue that later we found out was a foundation issue. The repairs they did could not even be called a bandaid. We have been unable to get Ben to correct the problem, communication is nonexistent even through an attorney. Repairs will cost $15,000. I would not use this company again.

Description of Work: Ben the Builder created a rim in the basement. They also came back out to fix some things.

+ 1 moreThe experience was excellent. They have excellent follow up and they did what they said they were going to do. Their prices were very reasonable. They were knowledgeable and they have other services available besides roofing. I would definitely use them again. I have recommended them to friends.
Description of Work: I used Ben the Builder to put on a new roof. He also does landscaping. They do all kinds of construction activities and home improvement kinds of things.

These services are offered as "one-time" maintenance calls or contract maintenance programs. We also offer maintenance "check-ups" to evaluate your property on a scheduled basis so that we may head off issues before they arise. The "check-ups" also allow us not only to keep a check on the health of the property, but to maintain a presence at the property so that your clients and tenants know they are being well taken care of.
