+ -1 moreThis is the second time I have used 2 Brothers Moving & Delivery and I highly recommend them. They are prompt, professional, courteous and go above and beyond to ensure the move is a pleasant experience. Martin helped us both times. Alex and Jake were with him the second time we moved. All three are the best. We have used a lot of moving companies over the years but 2 Brothers Moving & Delivery, in Portland, Oregon, ranks up there as one of the best.

Description of Work: The movers (2 men) were 45 minutes late arriving. They moved a piece of furniture upstairs and brought an old tv downstairs and hauled it to the convenience center. After the job was complete we generously tipped both of the two men and then they presented us a bill that said we owed a trip charge in addition to the amount already paid ahead of time for the job. This trip charge was never discussed with us when the job was scheduled. A lady from the office called me and said the charge should have been discussed with us and that we owed it. I paid it but then called later to discuss this with the owner as I felt this was not fair and right and I requested a refund of the trip charge. I did not hear back from the owner but did write a review on Angie's List. After that review I received a notice back that a lady from the moving company would call me the first of August, 2014 to discuss the matter but I never heard from anyone and now it is a year later.

+ -1 moreThey arrived with three man crew, but they were 20 minutes late for the job. Do to time issues with returning the uhaul truck on time. We started to unload the truck as nobody answer the phone when we tried to call and was not sure how late they would be. The crew didn't seem to be very experience with moving furniture. They had a hard time moving the couch (crew was very weak) and struggle a lot moving it. My daughter reserve the service for two hours but because they were late and we unloaded part of the truck it only took them only an hour. They did however charge my daughter for two hours of serve. I would not recommend this moving crew to anyone.
Description of Work: They provided a three man crew for unloading uhaul truck for my daughter.
