 + -1 moreVery well. Chris not only did an excellent job but also displayed a passion for plumbing, which I appreciated. He is 100% professional, on time, no hidden costs, no surprises about cost as for other plumbers I have worked with.

 + -1 moreOn one cabin, we asked him to replaced two shower faucets. One he was able to replace the cartridge which took him 1.5 hours. The other one, he replaced the cartridge and then realized that he needed to replace the entire unit. He charged us for 2.5 hours, a cartridge and a new faucet. In my opinion, as a professional plumber, he should have been able to look at the faucet and tell whether or not it needed to be replaced. The bill was over $600 to replace two faucets. Two of the other three bills seem to take more time than they should have as well.
Description of Work: Originally we had him come and do work at our office/home. He did a good job and charged a fair price. We called him back to do additional work at our cabins. We organized a day where he could do 4 jobs for us in one day while we were on vacation. When we came back, we received 4 bills (as requested) but they were far higher than we anticipated.

 + -1 moreChris came (he showed up EARLY- and called ahead to make certain it would be ok!) and evaluated what was needed to run a gas line to our new stove in the kitchen. He was very thorough and informative - discussing all aspects and what would be best and why. He then left for a short amount of time to gather all the parts needed (on his own time mind you) for the job. He was very thorough, friendly and did a great job. He even helped move the new stove in place and hooked it up, tested it and set the clock! Where do you get that kind of service these days? Once finished, he walked me through and showed me exactly what was done, explained all costs. In conversation I mentioned a leaky bath faucet and he offered to take a look. He did, went out to his truck and 2 minutes later said he had put in new gaskets and showed me the old ones. He didnt charge me for this and said if it continued to leak, he would come back and replace the only other part that could be causing the drip. I am very pleased with my experience with Sands Plumbing and highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing and or gas work. I have added him to my phone contacts and now have a plumber I know I can rely on. To top it all off, he's a nice guy and felt very comfortable with him in our home. Great customer experience.

 + -1 moreThe last plumber made it look like more work then it really was to charge me more but sands plumbing made it look to easy and was fast and on time and i could go about my day thanks guys
