Arborist Tree Service

Really conflicted about this review. We hired them for a crew of four to work one full day, and that is what we paid for. However, the majority of the day it was just a crew of two people who took multiple and very long breaks. We did get the trees and bamboo cleared out, which was the task at hand, but I really would have expected either a lesser price or additional work since it was not a full day for a four-man crew as quoted. And as paid.

Great Job

Our experience was totally unsatisfactory. Our yard was badly damaged with many large spots where the grass was totally pulled up. Our brand new Five Thousand Dollar Driveway had diesel fuel spilled on it and a large log dropped on it causing gouges in the asphalt . We would say say that the employees were quite nice with the exception of the stump people. They left a HUGE area of chips from the stump, some of the waste being at least 8 to 10 inches deep. We are now faced with the necesessity of finding and paying someone to clean this up. We are eighty-five and eighty years old, respectively, and feel we were grossly taken advantage of.

Arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up when they were done. We have several trees on our property and when the time comes for more work, we will certainly call Jarred at ATS.

Jarrod's team did an excellent job cleaning up after the trees had been cut down. When I needed to meet him early, he was flexible and he did the job sooner than expected. I would wholeheartedly recommend his company.

Jarrod made appointment to check out our tree project. He listened to what we felt needed to be done and made suggestions for the project consisting of removing two trees and topping four large oaks. We agreed with his estimate and he and his crew arrived at agreed upon time..they were actually early! Work was completed and our yard was cleared of all debrie and we are very satisfied with the results of a job well done. Jarrod is a man of his word and his crew were polite and very dedicated. Jared is conscientious and professional. He is very careful and listens to the requests of the homeowner. Highly recommend.

Jarrod came right over and gave us an estimate on the cost of removing a fallen tree from our yard. Other professionals were far higher than his estimate. We accepted his price; he and his worker came out in the next day or two, worked for an hour, removed the fallen tree, and cleaned up the area. We were pleased with his work and will be using his services to take care of another tree in our yard that needs its branches thinned and shaped.

Excellent work. Care taken to protect nearby stonework. Cleaned up completely after. Good value for money. Highly recommend.

He was able to come and take down the tree the same day of the quote, given that the tree we had him take down was falling down already. He responded quickly and updated us on when he was on his way. Friendly, efficient, and very pleased with his service.
