Description of Work: Bill Harward is a very professional contractor. He some great sub-contractors with whom he works. We had experienced some difficulty with a previous contractor who quit in the middle of the project. We then had to go thru all the usual steps of finding another contractor who could complete the project. Of the three potential contractors, Bill seemed to be the best manager. Bills's team had to come in and pickup where the previous contractor left off. We contracted for a screened in porch on a new deck, widening of a current deck and tied it into an existing deck on the back of our house. They also had to install tile in the kitchen, dining room, hallway, and a foyer. Part of the kitchen work included installing the sink, dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator. New plumbing was required in the kitchen also. We were pleased with the work performed.

Description of Work: I used the services of Bill Hardward Construction for kitchen remodeling, flooring and a deck added couple of months ago.
